This is a reminder to tell us about ECT and mentor changes this term.
You need to tell us about changes so that:
- your school gets the correct funding
- early career teachers (ECTs) and mentors can get access to training and materials
Tell us about changes with register early career teachers.
What you need to tell us
New ECTs and mentors
You need to register:
- ECTs starting their early career teacher entitlement (ECTE)
- mentors assigned to ECTs and who are starting their ECT mentor training programme
- ECTs and mentors who’ve moved to your school from another
Changes with training and induction programmes
Tell us if:
- ECTs or mentors change training programme or training provider
- ECTs change their appropriate body
- ECTs change mentor
Changes with training and induction programmes
Tell us if ECTs or mentors change their:
- name
- working pattern
